Case Study: Competition Commission

Following the premature cessation of trading by the Competition Commission's office fit out contractor, we found ourselves picking up the pieces on their multi-million pound move to new offices in Holborn. Working closely with the Commission's Facilities team, we successfully introduced a recovery strategy that rescued the relocation programme. The plant and systems were brought under control and re-commissioned as necessary. The introduction of a planned preventive maintenance regime tailored specifically to the needs of the client has resulted in a very high class working environment and happy staff.
